The Hotchkiss Grove Shore District [HGSD] is an autonomous Tax District Municipality within the Hotchkiss Grove Association boundaries duly organized and authorized by the State of Connecticut and the Town of Branford consisting of all properties from First Avenue to the East side of Seventh Avenue including the Ponds Condominiums and BayPoint Park.
