The Hotchkiss Grove Association, Inc. [HGA] holds title* to all of the Hotchkiss Grove Common Properties granted from the Hotchkiss Estate. The HGA holds the authority, right and responsibility to regulate, maintain and improve all such Hotchkiss Grove Common Property.
HGA Common Property includes the Beach, Boat Ramp, Boat Lines, Retaining Walls, BayPoint Park, Private Roads [Avenues], Beach Access Points and Common Rights of Way within the HGA boundaries.
